Quick! Need mechanical help

    Got a SBC with long water pump in my 55. For the heater hoses, what end would hook up to the OUT or INFLOW to the heater? I've been looking online but can't find a quick answer so am hoping on of you can tell me! Thanks :cheers:

    on mine the heater valve is connected to the water pump the other one is connected to the intake manafold

    The Toyota heater hose routing is from the top of the heater control valve to the rear of the cylinder head, and the pipe/hose that does not attach to the heater control valve, runs to the lower hose, which could be attached to the water pump...

    The hose from the intake manifold is going to the " in " side of the heater, and should have the shut off valve in it. The return line goes to the water pump.... HTH, Earl

    Thanks, I ended up having it on correctly...can you run those in reverse/backward flow? Anyway, thanks again, I appreciate the help here :)
