Not sure about Canada.
 
In Calgary out by COP there is a place called Aquabatics a canoe/water sports shop. They sell em for 75 dollars for 4 towers, Makes two cross bars.

I bought mine at the same business but in BC.
 
Easiest roof rack supports I have ever used..
They are indeed Quick N Easy.
I imported mine. I could not find them out here in Ontario.
