quick hardtop question

are the top panels of fj40s the same, regardless of year? ie: if the raingutters on a '65 are bad, can I just get a different year top panel?thanks!

hey,

i've just finished putting a '78 fiberglass top on my '72 sides. if this is what you're talking about, i doubt you'll have much trouble. i'm pretty sure the holes all line up on the raingutter and the sides.

one thing you need to watch out for though: the piece that bolts to the windshield frame is different for different years, depending on the placement of the wiper motor and the location of bolt holes.
