quick easy fuse question (1 Viewer)

on my 78 fj40, the third fuse from the top has blown and i'm not sure what it's for or what resistance it was. any help?

EDIT: N/M I found a diagram, although it says it's for US models only but it looks exactly the same as what I have...

Mine say LIGHTER 20A. My fuse is good but my lighter socket don't work.
