Questions re: Vancouver (1 Viewer)

Couple of questions now that I'm living in Vancouver...

1) Places where I can buy Howes treatment? (close to Kits if possible; that's where I am anyways)
2) Aircare - any station better than another? I gather it's not too tough to pass?

If you see a green BJ42 driving about, it might be me. Pretty much stock, except 16" rims and an 8274.

I get my Howes at Skunky's in Burnaby, but I *think* Lordco carries it?
My 70 has never failed aircare (knock wood) but my old VW diesel rabbit did once, and it was totally idiot operator error. I failed, drove home, drove back, got a different operator (who apparently knew how to drive a standard, and passed. THAT was infuriating. What a scam.
