Hello Folks,

Any idea what tire size is this? 235/65/16? I am looking to down size my truck to a more reasonable tire that reflects how I use the truck. Which is 95% road use and 5% offroad when I go on trips with friends. Plus I like this look than many of the monster truck tires. Thanks!

Looks like 235/85r16. Also look up 255/85r16. I had both sizes on a second gen Tacoma back in the day and they were great. The only downside with the tall skinnies is that they’re almost all e-rated mud tires so they’re heavy. You’re also limited to just a few brands - BFG KM3, Toyo MT, Cooper ST Maxx

I agree they look like 235/85/16. Cooper destination at3’s come in that size too and are fantastic tires. I bought the smaller version 215/85r16s for my t100 and love the way they drive and look.

I have a fairly lengthy discussion on tire size for the Holy Truck which might be useful to take a quick look at. I ended up with 245/75R17s. I also like the tall narrow tires on an 80 without the side plastic body cladding.

I see, thank you! The Falken Wilpeak AT3W comes in this size. Thats good enough for me!

Thanks, I am actually posted on your thread a few days ago. Not sure if I want to a new set of rims and all. I will take a look again!

I also see Aussies run 225/95/16 on their 80s, but can't find any tires that size in North America.
