Question about WQater pump and fan clutch on 2f (1 Viewer)

Just swaped out a 1976 fj55 2F engine, with what I think is a 1978 or 79 2F from a 60.

First the water pump is bad and needs to be replaced. If I replace it with the same kind that is there, the spacing between the double pulley and the radiator is just enough for the fan with no fan clutch. Although the bolt pattern on the fan does not match the pulley.

Is there a different model that is thinner, or do I need to lose the 2 groove pulley for a single?

The water pumps designed to work with fan clutches are shorter as are their pulleys. If you are out of room then you probably have the longer non-clutch water pump and pulley.
