Does the brake booster of the HJ60s fit the FJ60's and 62s? I know that the FJ60 and FJ62 have the same booster, but is the HJ60 model the same also? Thank you for your knowledge, as I would love to keep from spending $250 on a new booster at the parts store for my 88 FJ62.

I just swapped the booster from my 10/83 fj60 to my '88 hj60. No problem. The pushrod had to be adjusted about 1/2 cm shorter but other than that, it was plug 'n play.

It appears that the booster in question might not be OEM. I didn't write down the name that was on the sticker, but it wasn't Teq and it wasn't Aisin. Anyhow, it fits both vehicles.
