I've swapped the power steering from an 83 BJ60 to my 73 BJ40 and, like a dope, didn't document things well. I have the manuals but it really isn't clear which is the inlet and which is the outlet on the power steering box. I wouldn't want to hook the high-pressure line from the pump to the wrong spot on the box... Can anyone point me in the right direction?
 
IIRC they are different size threads, so you can't mix them up. Maybe someone else can confirm.
 
That's great! Thanks so much. I was feeling a bit paranoid about getting it wrong potentially. Not sure if anyone has done a full DT swap like this but it has been pretty seamless. I love the 60 wagon but the body and frame were literally falling off the axles while I had a near-perfect 40 tub and frame available to me...
