I have a Property Preservation company and we deal with distressed properties, bank foreclosures etc. We service between Naples and Sarasota on the Gulf Coast and Ft Lauderdale and Stuart on the East Coast. Over the past year we've slowly been building the Naples/Bonita Springs area. The work consists of basic property inspections, property securing, pool boarding, lawn cuts and it goes on depending on the property. Right now we have a consistent amount of work that someone could do part time as we continue to grow the area.
