Still waiting on parts so did some trim work and installed one of Kevin's (Wagon Gear) tail gate storage panels. Extremely nice piece by the way. Added some rubber panels to the inner fender wells as the factory did on 62s, but made some changes to clean it up more.

Gears and lockers are in. Compressor and solenoids installed, wired up, and sourced a factory 80 difflock switch and installed in dash. Much cleaner than 3 ARB switches. Making a winch cradle to use a new TJM 9000lb winch behind the stock 62 series bumper. The 80 series frame horns were sticking out 8" past the body and gave me just enough room to shoehorn the winch in between the frame, behind the bumper. I'll post pics when I get the plate and bumper brackets done.

Nice! Very clean, Gary!

How was the wiring for the ARB/80 difflock switch?
Is there a separate switch to turn on ARB compressor?

Used the first position to turn on the compressor and activate the rear locker. Figured if I ever just needed the compressor, the rear locker would lock, but thats OK , cause I wouldn't be moving anyway. The wiring was easier than using the stock ARB harness. They do a nice job for use with their switches, but custom is cleaner.

Hmmm. You got me thinking on this one. Your a good influence.

Wait, I missed it. Why did you go ARBs over the 80 e-lockers?

I started thinking the same thing when I was telling someone else about Gary's switch setup.

At a guess: ARB's are stronger than E-lockers and much faster to engage and disengage.

off track, gary, were you driving the 45 this afternoon? pighead said he saw a green 45 with a tan soft half cab, i think he's colorblind.
