Somebody really needs to make a sniper-like system for retrofitting onto earlier MPI engines. Something like a megasquirt but with a learning ECU and an standardized MAF sensor.

Holley Terminator does this

Classic Cruisers is in on this project with a beautifully restored E-68 steering wheel.

The one on Rotunda has a nice shine but it’s Got numerous gaps in it. It’s perfect to move over to the 💩45

Thanks Brandon aka @Ratboy for this beautiful piece

Thanks for the bling @Ratboy! Perfect situation so now both 45’s have great steering wheels.

I don't think they support older cam/crank sensors like the vrs in a 3FE dizzy. I may be wrong, I was just glancing. I am running a 2FE on megasquirt 2 right now so I have a pretty good idea what it takes to support these older motors, but not sure if Holley or others are tapping this older market. Would love to hear I'm wrong!

ETA - Just glanced at some of their documentation, and maybe they do support it!

We're going to find out on a future build (if someone doesn't beat us to it).

The seats were sent to @Cruiser Corps to be restored. They really did a fantastic job with the fit and finish. I have a friend coming up this afternoon to help me get them in the truck without scratching anything up

Not sure if I mentioned it or not here, but I literally broke my neck on this truck March-May and although we have been waiting on parts I’m also a bit limited on what I can do once the parts come in. My buddy @under_psi , who is usually more broken up than me came up and helped me out thee beautiful seats in.
Well, he put them in and I handed him tools.

@Cruiser Corps killed it on these seats. A+++

Love the black on beige

I’ll get some more photos once John comes up and gives me final approval on the steering wheel position, but my arm is at full stretch to reach the top of the wheel and my legs never got close. This @lcwizard firewall plate really is a game changer inside this cramped cockpit.
Also Cruiser Corps went thin on the driver seat back for me and it sits great

Happy to have such great people keeping this guy going forward.

Looking great. If we where closer I will bring you mine with the list of stuff I want to get done to it. @wngrog the 45’s came with the rectangular mirrors instead of the round ?
