So I bought one of Mark A.'s down-low powersteeringpumpmounts...maybe a year or so ago. Dang, the Scout powersteeringbox gets in the way. Mark was curious about this and thought it might even be a problem on '45s with Scout steering. So he wanted pics. And I am just now getting a roundtoit.
With a bolt into the pump, there is no room to adjust fanbelt tension, the outside edge of the pump sits right on the steering box...if those mounting ears, tabs, whatever, were maybe a couple inches higher it seems there would be plenty of room.

Pighead went thru all this trouble for Mark A. because pighead secretly someday wants to have a "Mark's offroad R & D Team" T-shirt

I like Pighead's support devices used to hold the pump in place. Very ingenious.

Hay, it's what Pighead had lying around...

Those are trailspares, not thrown. What, you don't carry trailspareconnrods?
