The link still didn't work for me, but I searched the title of the eBay listing, and came up with a set of brand new mud flaps, for $1,199.00. Is that the same ad? Either way, yeah, ridiculous.

The concept that people pay money for mud flaps at all is completely beyond me..

That set has been in somebody's parts stash for a long time. The pick-tags are dated 2003. They may be expensive but the shipping is free.....

It works if someone pays for it...

Gotta realize people's wallets aren't all the same size and $995 for a full set of oem mud flaps might be worth it to the right buyer.

Plus if they were near $100-150 (or more) new, you're only paying a couple hundred bucks for something that is very hard to find.

Those are clearly mud flops, not flaps. Not the same.

I have a complete set for a 70, I will sell them for a lot less than that. I think that I have the original bill for them from Peace Arch Toyota in South Surrey BC.

these are usually actually drug deals. They post up totally off the wall prices, so no one else will bite, and they don't have to use the dark web.
