Price drop, my initial asking was too high IMO. Not trying to make money as a flip. Looking to send it to another home.
I bought this truck locally on a whim, because I always wanted an 80 series for the trails. But, I just don’t have the time anymore so, I’m being an adult here(?) and admitting I have a problem and too many land cruisers. Be nice, I tried to assess the price, but if it’s too high let me know in a PM. I may accept a lower cash money deal... I have too many cruisers.
I’ve completed a great deal of work and contributed quite a bit to making this a great cruiser again.
Details-
Emerald Green 1994 Triple Locked K294 FZJ80

- the truck comes with all the maintenance records
- PO did the Head Gasket around 150k

Glass:
- sunroof no leaks and works
- sliding side windows
- all glass is temperlite
- power windows work, slowwww, they’re sticky and probably need the channels cleaned of old grease
Interior:
- new matched Grey Land Cruiser Heaven seat covers F&R (this was a factory leather truck)
- new foam too
- added heated seats (need to be powered)
- rebuilt power seats with gamiviti gears
- carpet is a 8/10 with some fading
- door cards are in great shape too
- new Sony XAV1000 Touch Screen w/ Apple Car
- new DD Audio Speakers
Exterior:
- clear coat is delaminating on the hood and roof
- rust spot on DS rocker about 4x4” in front of the rear wheel (easy patch if you’ve the donor panel)
- rear corner dings PS
- PS front door dents, look like they’ll come out with effort
- PS mirror glass shimmys slightly in the housing
Undercarriage:
- soda blasted the undercarriage
- resealed the whole underside with POR15
- the frame is clean and solid
- rear axle housing has some pitting
****Project Recap if you’re assessing your skill set to this truck****
- DS rocker panel will need to be cut out at the last 4” and have a new piece welded in
- rear bumper 4 hole area has rusted. I was going to replace it too
- needs a headlight switch cap
- needs a new antenna mast
- needs new fender flare welts
- clear coat addressed if you want to be pretty.
Breaks:
- new break rotors
- new break calipers
- new pads
Wheels/Tires:
NewerBFG A/Ts 285s on stock grey powder coated wheels. Matched spare.
the truck drives great, I’ve been DDing it for months and it drives so well it vexes me to move it out. I’m just slap full of cruisers and fast cars. Engine sounds great, no valve or cylinder noise, truck seems to have been babied behind the wheel.
note, this truck was a third car for some older folks and it was just left outside to weather. Shame.
*no interior odors
