FJ40 Rear Heater in Original Patina Condition. Heater was refurbished, but chose to leave it in original condition rahter than painting. Completely disassembled, media blasted and powder coated, then reassembled. Core was soaked in Apple Cider Vinegar for two days, then soaked in baking soda water to stop the chemical process. After that it was thoroughly rinsed and boiled to cook off any remaining remnants of either the Apple Cider Vinegar or baking soda. Core was pressure tested and is in working condition. Motor was completely disassembled, cleaned and reassembled. Motor was bump tested and works fine.
