This came up in the news during my daily news reading. The driver is ex-special forces for the military. It shows too in the video.

The video never mentioned the cargo they were carrying but I assume it was pressure-treated 2x10’s or plywood.

So the 79 was the escort vehicle and the smartphones were in the van ahead. I wish we could see the part where Prinsloo turned around to return to the van.
