Simple question: what are they rated at? I'm designing a "booster kit" (for lack of a better term) for the window motors in our 62s and still need circuit protection but have no idea what the factory breakers are rated at.

the FSM says 14 amps, seems kinda strange, but never-the-less that is what is says.

Sounds good. Hopefully I'll have this wired up right so that the auto down function on the driver's door will still work. If my wiring diagram is right (I'm assuming three wires going into the motor, so I hope I'm right), it's just a matter of testing it and once everything's done, I'll post a guide on how to make your own kits.
