I was driving to work the other day and when I turned the corner to enter the parking lot I lost all power steering... My first thought was the belt was off, but no luck.. Is this a simple pump rebuild or is there someting else going on?

Firstly make sure that the belt is tight enough, or is not worn. This can cause temporary losses of power steering. The correct belt should not be flush with the edge of the pulley, but should sit up a little.
