Any one know off the top of there head what size the low pressure return line size. I forgot to pull the hose last night to check and i have searched and cant find the size.

not sure on size, but you may want to post up which month/year model your truck is. different hoses for some of the years.

its a mid 87 60.

Justin is correct. We've found FJ60's where both power and return were 16mm inverted flare, and some where the return line was 17mm inverted flare. PM if you think I can shed some more light on this.

I am talking about the rubber hose not the high pressure side that has the flare fittings on it.
