I cannot find a torque wrench that goes low enough to check the rotating torque. I'm rebuilding the pump on my LS400 actually but principle is the same (torque should be 2.2 or less rather than 2.4 or less). After putting it together it feels pretty stiff but by hand I don't know what 2.2 in-lbf feels like. All the in-lbf torque wrenches I can find start at 4 or 5 in-lbf (I haven't looked at $$$ brand wrenches admittedly). Any brand suggestions? Or tips how to do it without a torque wrench? Seems important enough to make sure it's not too tight.

WTH? My search skills must be worse than I thought. Thanks a lot.
