Power Steering idler arm install (1 Viewer)

I am installing a power steering unit on my BJ40 3b diesel, I cannot figure out how the idler pulley installs on the motor. I took it off of 85 BJ 60 years ago and now it just doesn't make sense to me now.
Any pictures would be great. This is what mine looks like

It’s a little tough to see in this picture, but it mounts to the front timing cover with longer bolts. There’s really only one orientation it can mount once you get the general idea.

Is this on the passenger side or drivers side?

Where does the top of the bracket with the single hole go? I have matched it up to the timing cover and all the places where the line up there is no place for the other of the arm to bolt up.
