Power steering gear? with video (1 Viewer)

I have a chatter coming from my power steering pump (1991 FJ80 with 3FE). I had the pump replaced with a remanned OEM unit about 2 years ago. I did a little search and it looks like the gear might not be seated. So for the Mudd geniuses I have the following questions: First, can this be fixed by loosening the belt and re torquing the pully; second, how serious is this (it only chatters near full lock). Thanks for any feedback.

The 1FZ power steering pump has a gear that can be pressed on too far or not enough. The 3fe pump is belt driven and does not have that gear.

Mine is a 3fe does that mean it's the steering arm gears?

If you mean the steering box on the frame with the pitman arm on the bottom, these are no fast moving parts it there.
