Having slipped last winter and broken the recliner switch on the drivers side, I'm now getting around to dealing with it. I managed to remove the "bezel" covering the switch plate [didn't break it at all] , but now I am stumped as to how to remove the switch assembly. The FSM is not very illuminating on this. The switch pieces all protrude through a plasitc insert which is sewn into the leather, and it doesn't look llike there's a way to remove the switch through this, as the holes are too small. Am I going to have to remove the seat completely, and does anyone have any tips on that? (I am likely going to order the new switch assembly from cdan, and one new knob). Thanks.
