I installed a new radio (JVC KD-BT1, the Bluetooth is great) in to my 80 ('91 HDJ) over the weekend and it all went faultlessly with the loom adaptor I bought. The only problem is, and I've searched, is that the power antenna now extends fully and then retracts down to about 150mm (5") long - is there any way to set the height at which it will stop? Apart from that it works fine & retracts when I power off.
The stock radio had two heights - one long for AM and one shorter for FM. My 80 doesn't have the up/down antenna buttons either.
