power antenna not working (1 Viewer)

Power antenna will not go up/down either automatically when radio is turned on or manually when pushing the up/down button.
The antenna is in the fully down position so it worked properly the last time the radio was turned off.
I do not hear any sound from the antenna motor leading me to believe the motor is bad or it isn't getting power.
Fuse numbers 21, 38 are intact. Am I missing any other fuses?
I'm looking for the most logical places to look next. Pull switch and test? Access antenna motor and test? Other ideas?

I’d prob pull the rear part of the pass fender liner, remove motor, and check current at the plug, wiring, and motor. If you’re not hearing the motor run, then it’s either not getting power or is dead.
