Power / 2nd switches replace

Hi All,
Since I purchased my 2001 LC this summer I’ve gone thru it bumper to bumper. Aimed ye’old parts cannon and set off learning about these amazing trucks. The two switches - Power and 2nd not not stay put. They’ve turned into momentary switches. I’ve sourced new (NOS). Anyone replaced these ? Do they pop out or does the console have to come apart?

Pull up on the cup holder and you can disconnect the switches from the underside.
They push out the front/top.

I need to do this too, they're sticky (no doubt from some spill) and don't engage sometimes and don't return to first position sometimes.
Luckily the lights on the dash still indicate what position they're in.
