Okay, so the reason for this post was to understand the coding that going on with boards.

The desired effect was to piggyback off of an uploaded picture to MUD and use the link on another board with the effect to show the picture in the other boards thread.
The thought process was to just right click on the image in MUD and use the link:
https://forum.ih8mud.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=576300&d=1322435284 and do the 'image insert'.

But because the image in here in not BBcode this can't be achieved. (You need to see '.jpg' at the end of the url, which does not appear above.)




Instead you will need to upload to Flickr or photobucket and get the BBcode from there.
