Found my heather core leaking. Always something! Luckily in SC don't really need heat right now so I have temporarily bypassed it. I searched but did not find a clear answer. Is it possible to have the heater core repaired with any success? If not who has the best price on them?

Thanks!

You could, but chances are you will have corrosion inside and the place you fix, it will leak in another as soon as the corrosion gets bad enough.

X2 plus the work to get to it to remove its not worth repairing then it leak again soon . The last one lasted at least 14 years and its a job you only want to do once

cheap part - lot's o' labor- .....you wanna do it again??

Cheap part? I checked all my local store and nobody but the dealer has if and it is $499? Where is it found for cheap?

OEM Toyota heater core for a '95 for $305 on parts.com, though I would buy from one of the mud vendors instead, their price should be similar or better.
