Came across a '98 LX470 for sale. It has 160000 miles and is priced at $13500. I have '97 LX450 and am completely satisfied with the vehicle. My wife and kids would like the newer one for some of the creature comforts it provides over the 450. In the esteemed opinion of the members of this board are there any issues with this model year and would the relatively high mielage scare you away? Also, does the asking price seem fair? I haven't been exposed at all to the benefits of the '98 and newer models.
