I know this is the buyer beware chat but IDGAF.

I’ve ordered from wits end several times and have yet to have a bad experience. I wonder how many people write about the good things or services vendors provide?

My most recent transaction occurred like this:

Order placed 15 Feb
Order shipped 16 Feb
Order received 19 Feb

Crazy. Especially since I’m in Hawaii; everything takes longer here.

All my transaction have been like this except for one key chain that was taking a while but communication between us has never been an issue. Maybe he just thinks I’m sexier than the three of you out of the thousands that get good service.

Anyway, thanks for the top notch service and I’ll be a repeat customer.

You know as well as I do that praise is often hard to come by for vendors. People love to scream about their bad experiences but they seldom share their good ones. I’m just giving credit where credit is due.

29450 orders and I have 24 people that complain publicly because their need to complain is far greater than my need to feed my family. Guess where my attention goes?
