Re-posting my ad from a local forum, here..
I searched for a low mileage LC with all the bells and whistles (FJ62) plus full headrests and lap/shoulder belts for my kids, for about 2 years. Finally I found her, down in California although she was titled in Oregon. I've been her proud third owner for almost 2 years now, and was planning on applying for BC Collectors plates for her in another at the 25 year mark. I love this car.
Then life happened.
We're moving away to Arizona in a month for 2-3 years, and I cannot justify taking two cars.
She's in great shape...locking hubs, new alternator last year, exhaust on import from the US almost two years ago. The power antenna doesn't work and the speedo floats in an ambitious direction here and there--especially in hot weather. She could probably use a new set of plugs and wires. I have a great folder full of maintenance records from the first owner--including the original window sticker!
If you're interested, let me know. I'd also love to have dibs on buying her back in future.
