i have an extra cap in my accumulated parts pile but it is smaller... this seems to be the approx diameter of a stock one on a 79 I have but is obviously points and is held down with the two pictured clips (vs three bolts on the 79)

looking for years used please

It looks like the 77 I just put in a 72.

What is the part number on the side sticker?

if you poast clear up close photos of the original NIPPONDENSO FOIL colored decal on side of your unit

exactly like @pjohnson has on display perfectly i must say !

i can then give you a EXACT production date code and exact toyota parts numbers OEM you need

NO guesswork hre my friend , ONLY concrete info required

foil on this one is partially unreadable - can only see 19100- on green foil

found another dizzy laying around that matches size, this one is black foil label 19100-60080

appreciate knowing years for this one @ToyotaMatt

thanks!

Mine has a green label also, same first set of numbers. You seem to have the same dist I posted a picture of. I would go with 1977.
Here's another pic.

Also, you are missing the condenser.in your pic.

No condenser on the stock '77 2F ignition, it uses an igniter. But if you don't have an igniter an external condenser mounted to the distributor housing will serve a similar function - to extend the life of your points.

Doh! Yeah, I forgot that I did not use an igniter for the one I installed.

Thanks @4Cruisers for the correction.
