Your link does not show anything, no truck, no pictures of one... the Amazing Kreskin is not here to help you.

The front bumper sets a little lower than the rear usually, but on this one the after market bumper is most likely the cause of this situation; expecially if they left on the stock springs.

Thankyou Ahibler..you are the amazing Kreskin ;-). So, that makes sense..he has the stock springs. Thankyou!!

The ARB front bumper is known to be one of the heaviest aftermarket bumpers for the FJC. Add the winch (cannot find if stated weather or not Synthetic or steel line). It will be about 30+lbs heavier with a steel cable.
Most guys that use the ARB bumper go with aftermarket suspension that rides stiffer and you can crank the collar for more ride height to compensate for the nose dive.

This is what op was trying to link to.

2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser, $22,594 - Cars.com

Definitely the ARB bumper and the Warn winch. I guess the dual exhaust doesn't add enough weight to drop the rear.

And by the way, the color is "Black Cherry" not purple.

However, I had to take the time to look it up my self.... I would agree with holman and E1.. Bumper is holding the front down.... Nice Ride, and OME lift with heavy springs in the fromt you will be GTG!!!!
