I tore down a 2F and can’t remember where this came from. Any help will be appreciated.

Maybe the EGR flex tube brace that braces the vertical EGR flex tube going down to the EGR cooler?

I think it’s the bracket that holds the high pressure power steering line. There should be a clip that bolts into the elongated slot. It’s adjustable. I forget exactly where it connects on the other end, but I think oss is correct about it connecting to the egr somewhere.

I happen to have things torn apart in the engine bay. I’ll take a scan for it later today.

Yup. Anchors the EGR flex pipe to the intake.

Axe me how I know ...

just so you know..... That bracket isn't necessary. I removed mine 20 years ago and since then drove several thousands of miles on very rough dirt roads in Mexico and nothing cracked or broke or nuthin. Get rid of it. It makes life miserable.

And here it is a little later on my front porch
