My wife, son and I drove up to see Wally and Junior today and check out the 40. I really can’t believe how good this thing is coming together. Their quality of work is second to none!

Also started cleaning up the sedimentary layers of goop in the gutters
Once the top is primed we'll seal the gutters with SEM self leaving seam sealer.

@1967fj40 wanted a tailgate instead of swing out doors, as we all know factory tailgates are near impossible to find in good shape, and expensive if you do find one! So I took what was left of the swing outs
Cut the pans out
And dropped them into an 11ga panel
And gusseted the back side for strength
A little extra work to be sure, but it will look so much better than a flat panel across the back!

New aluminum 4core rad. Entire frame has been scrubbed clean and painted
Adaptor block for dual circuit brakes
