Please help me identify this terminal and it's location

Hey guys,

Here is a pic of the my starter. Sorry it's oriented vertically. What is this terminal and where does it go? Does it go on the starter stud in the picture along with the large gauge cable from the battery?

It's the ground wire to the #5 intake runner above.
