Plastic Chrome door trim molding delete question

Found the post, appears the video isn't available anymore. He states it is very easy though.. maybe he'll post in here or upload the video to youtube or something.

Removal of door chrome protector strips?

Has anyone removed the chrome protector strip bumper things from their doors? I don't know how they're attached, so if there are holes behind them, I need to be ready to fill them with something. If it's just tape, that would also be good to know.

Someone posted a short video.. possibly @Eric Sarjeant showing it easily coming off.. if I remember correctly.

At least for the 2016+. I pulled the trim on my 2013 and it was a total pain in the ass.
