My LF door cladding is starting to pull away from the door at the top left corner. I want to reattach it without having to actually remove it and risk breaking clips. The original adhesive is long gone.

My plan is to slide some thin VHB down between the panel and the body but without removing it, I have no idea what the backside of the cladding looks like. Is it flat or is it contoured to match the mold on the outer side?

If someone has their old cladding laying around, I would really appreciate a photo of the back side in the general area circled in red in the picture below. Thanks!

I haven't pulled them off of the lx but am familiar with the way the fender flares look and would guess that they are relatively "hollow" and only the outer rim and the clip areas actually touch the body.

There is a slight lip at the edge with a 3/16" flat spot for the VHB tape.
