Hi. I'm looking for a similar pictures as below. Rear doors are slightly curved at the bottom, does the rocker panel follow the same shape?

If somebody with original panels could take me similar photos I would be Super thankful. Does not matter if taken from left or right hand side.

Thanks a ton @CenTXFJ60 !!

Looks like the panel is dead straight, right? Also, looks like the door corner is straight too.

Could you please take me pics from inside the wheel arch? Front and rear. I have no clue of the original shape there too.

Here is the inner rear. Had to find one without a flare or mud flap. More on the way. If you need better pics I can pull a tire

I may have some better ones. Found a rear quarter cut (fat). It’s laying on its side with the inside facing up. Including a pic of how it’s sitting to help orient things it’s in the back of a 60 with other stuff piled on glad to pull it out and take better pictures if needed

Wow you're actually taking it on? I wish I lived next door to you LOL my 60 has inner and outer wheel well rot. Same with the frame in fact I don't even drive the truck anymore. It needs probably just a new frame. I would be happy just to sit there on a stool with a grinder and cut out the sheet metal if I knew I had a replacement piece of metal. Do you TIG weld your sheet metal?

You know it's very possible if someone had a low mileage fj60 and have a company with a laser scanner that would scan the entire wheel well section. And possibly replace the wheel wells with carbon fiber? The wheel mold could be made out of wood on a CNC machine and then Smooths out with rough sandpaper. Unfortunately these wheel wells are not made anymore. It seems that water likes to soak up where the floorboard Andy inner wheel well our spot riveted together. There is no sealant between the inner and outer wheel well that our spot welded together. Water wicks in between those panels and that's where the rust starts.

Oh yes! These helps me a ton! Thank you @CenTXFJ60

PLUS you made me just a little bit envious of those rust free panels... we simply do not have them. 😢

awesome. Glad I could help. And I promise...I have a few trucks that are about as rusted as yours :). Unfortunately it does happen here as well.

Yes, doing it all by myself. I'm by no means a professional at all, i'm learning as i go further down the rabbit hole.
I'm using a MIG/MAG welder. Check out my build thread, link in my signature. :)

Im thinking of selling my 60 it just needs to much work. Finding diesel parts is impossible and costly

It can't be that bad.
Here we have plenty of diesel parts around, but good body parts are deep under a rock.

I have been looking for this repair panel for a while without luck. They simply are non existent. That leads me in to making one. 😩
