I'm planning my lift and tires and thinking about 315's and a 2" Ironman lift possibly with 20mm spacers. Also any rubbing or issues offroad? Thanks.

I had minimal rubbing with 315 KM/2 and stock springs (no lift). I did trim the plastic of the rear mud flap where it touched when I flex tested it before I went 4wheeling.

With 2" springs I haven't heard any rubbing yet. When really crossed up I spoze it could kiss a bit, but that won't hurt anything.

Thanks. I am doing tires before lift so that was helpful. I already pulled the mud flaps off.

315 with 2.5" TJM lift. Mudflaps installed and often used ;)

I know they aren't BFG's but I'm running the OME 2.5 with heavy springs up front, medium out back and have zero issues when flexed with Duratracs. I rub slightly if i'm flexed all the way but that very rarely happens to me with the trails around me. Couple pics for ya too:

Had just installed the lift, took the running boards off too.

As you can surely tell, this was just some minor "mall crawling."

I do have a fair amount of extra weight in that last pic and have since add a second battery, seems like my 25mm front spacers aren't really doing too much anymore, haha.

Haven't gotten the chance to take her off road yet...but here's a pic of my rig.
Installed the 2in Ironman and 315's (Goodyear DuraTrac's) a little over a week ago.
Needless to say, WELL worth it! :steer:

I had my tires on for two years before finally doing my lift this Christmas. Did plenty of wheeling and even played on rocks. When I finally got stuck bad enough to bend a rear link I pulled the trigger on the lift.

With stock springs I had minor kissing on the left front under compression bumps. Like when speeding thru the mall and hitting those big bumps at 25+ mph.

Realistically you can wheel a stock truck with 315s pretty hard without big issues if you slow down a bit.

I'm now running OME 850-860 heavy front med rear to avoid big stinkbug. Fox 10" remote reservoirs. And other than my sliders and winch in the stock front bumper I'm mostly stock. Even so, the rear is 1" higher than the nose when unladen.

OME spring ratings are so weird and confusing. I don't know why anyone would bother with 851 (medium) front springs at all, unless they're using the OME stock height springs in the back.

315s Kumhos with OME HD 2.5" lift with 30mm spacers up front.

Thanks for all the pics. I mounted up my new tires today at work. I went with 315/75R16 BFG A/T K/O. I have some 30/15mm spacers on the way for now and will lift it later.

bsmart - It's been almost a year since you've got the 315 BFG's. Did you ever put a lift on ? What's your opinion on these tires ? I'm using a 50mm TJM lift & am stuck choosing between 315 KO / 255 KM2........
