Hello, I think the PHH just got me - was driving, and steam came out of the hood, turned it off immediately and saw all the fluid come out of the bottom. Does this cause any serious damage? Taking it to an LC specialist in the morning (I live in a city, kinda hard to get in there myself) but curious as to what this could run me and any other things you all have experienced here to consider replacing now. Cheers.

If you shut down immidiatly and didn't over heat it, then probably no damage. If it overheated, it may have killed the head gasket.
For replacement parts; easy answer: if its rubber and under the hood, replace it.

Vacuum lines, coolant lines, PCV and lines. Perhaps even refrigerant high and low side to compressor.
Power steering hoses hi and low pressure, transcooler hoses.
The heater bypass valve.

Has it had any of this stuff replaced in the past?

Copy that - several of the items you mentioned were changed about 50K ago (prior to my purchase 8k miles ago), but couldn't hurt to do a thorough sweep now. It just so happens that this appears to have not been changed and really putting a thorn in my side today. Appreciate your input - broken things are a pet peeve for me, so want to make sure I cover everything.

When I bought my rig in 2018, I followed the above for all coolant and vac lines. I hate surprise stoppages, so I'm big on PM.
This summer I did the PS and refrigerant lines (AC was dead anyway).

Check the heat control valve located on the upper firewall. The side pipes (plastic) get brittle with heat/age and can break off without warning.

After having just finished replacing all coolant hoses on my 93 TLC, it's overheated on my a few times. No damage to head gasket or other. This includes the PHH, which is a biatch to replace!

I use a mechanic for the more in depth things I cannot get to myself, like rear main seal and the last coolant hose contraption that can only be replaced by dropping the tranny. They tested for any head gasket or other possible compromising issues with a dye and no leaks at all. Perhaps you ask your mechanic to also do this.

Hoping for the best!
