please specify if these are quoted somewhere in a toyota brochure or in which independent / magazine they appear.

Oh, and I'm referring to US GAS 4.0 & 4.5 litre models with autobox transmissions

Yeah, I know it's not a race car and all that yada yada..I'm just interested in seeing how the stats stack up

0 - 60 12.8, 1/4 mile in roughly 18 for a 93 1FZFE w/ auto.... Since you are asking, I'm assuming you are somewhat performance oriented, so don't even bother with the 3FE.

I have a sticker that says "0-60 in 5 miles" just itching to get on my FJ-80.

I would estimate my time to be in the range of 25-30 seconds :D

It's snowing here today, otherwise I'd get out my sundial and head out to a straight road with my 1992 for ya? ;)

One of the stats that was missing from the above is the 0 to 100 back to 0 time.

I like that performance indicator because it combines acceleration with braking performance into one number.

    Hey Beo ,

I wonder if these two items would share the same 'number' :

    • 1200 cc bike with real shoddy brakes
    • and a ...
    • FZJ80 hitting a wall and 60 concurrently

    Cheers :p
