Perfect idle for 10 seconds and then it stalls

The issue only started today, My 80 has been sitting for a couple of months while I've been away. It ran perfect when I parked it. Today, I start it up and it runs great for 15-20 seconds and then the idle slowly drops until the engine stalls. I start it again, it idles for 10-20 seconds, then dies.

It seems to run the longest when it hasn't been started for a while. Once it begin restarting it over and over, the length of time it will idle before stalling decreases.

Water in the lines? Clogged filter? Pump? Relay?

I'm not sure. Here's a video of the engine running and then stalling.

Any input would be greatly appreciated. I just want to drive my 80 again
