Wanted PDX area: good 285/75/16 tires, preferred without wheels (1 Viewer)

Looking for some good 285/75/16 tires in the PDX area.
I could buy a new set for $640 so definitely looking for something cheaper than that.
Was planning to mount them to some steelies, but would consider a set with wheels if the price was right.

I have a set of 4 285/75/16 tires on white wagon wheels that I would like to sell. General AT3. The wheels are 80 series / 4 runner offset. Probably 80%+ tread. Have to check but I would guess they are from 2018. In NE pdx. Not sure on price but definitely less than $640. 5 wheels total with one bad tire.
