They have been the best general parts supplier I have used.

They also scan each item as they pack it and record the whole process. I thought I was missing a gasket recently and they provided a video back showing the box being packed. (The gasket got caught up in the massive amount of packing material they use to protect everything and I missed it)

Over the span of 4-6 weeks back in Oct/Nov this yr, I spent ~$4500 in 11 separate orders with magnitudes more individual qty parts. I maybe had 2-3 items refunded because they were no longer available.

Packing is almost too careful/overkill. Shipping is even speedier than the USA based Toyota parts counters (air v ground). I hope partsouq continues to keep up the good work. Gl!

this has been my experience as well. I was shocked how fast I received my order and the packaging was well done.
