You could be right on, I don't know. With those compression #'s, I doubt it would even run. This is a cautionary tale about buying/importing "running engines" from overseas as I spent many thousands of dollars to get this engine here....only to find that it's "parts". DO NOT BUT FROM GARRY RIGBY! If I could leave a bag of flaming dog poop on his doorstep I would....By the look of the combustion chambers if freshly pulled, looks like that motor ingested water or was using coolant. Did you run it after importing or did it never get that far?
