Can someone kindly help me with part numbers for the attached pictures, please?

Generally, those overlays are aftermarket/dealer added parts. They can be removed carefully. Underneath will likely be "like new" trim pieces.

If you just want the wood grain gone, hit them with a hair dryer or heat gun and they’ll peel off. As @hoser noted, you’ll have pristine dash-colored stuff underneath.
