Anyone know what the part number for the grommet outboard of the brake booster on the us driver side firewall is?

Approximately 36 mm inner diameter.

+1 Wits' End and Partsouq.
Ace hardware prob has something that would work too.
That's an important grommet, I have a bunch of wire going thru there.
Might consider this if you think you'll be replacing alot of them, tho it can't suite the particular grommet you're after.
