For those that need an affordable build during the pandemic, I present this Toyota authorized 2101 piece building blocks model.

Priced around $80 shipped without motor and around $120 shipped with the motor and RC controller. I bought the motor version without the retail box (which adds $40 due to increased shipping costs related to the bigger box) via Ali Express and it ships directly from China. It took 10 or 11 days from order date to arrive via DHL. (Note: I did find the motor-less version on eBay, but it's around $120 there and still ships from China anyway...so get a "free" motor/controller or save some bucks with Ali Express )

There's a bunch of sellers, I used Fat Uncle Store with no issues.

Ah, this is cool. I really don't need more stuff in the house. But might have to get.

Finished her up! The apron and rear emblems were actually metal, which I thought was pretty cool. The driveshaft was carbon fiber and the u-joints were metal (vs. the plastic material). It could be an upgrade to reduce torque with the motorized version.

The only change on the build I made was moving the wiper motor to the correct LH side of the windshield frame for a RHD 40. I also switched the snorkel to that same side.
